Our EI Coaching program brings a highly individualized development process to your organization. It includes all of the aspects of the EI Assessment& Feedback program, and then adds follow-up coaching sessions, adaptive action planning and additional style testing customized to meet the needs of each individual. Individual EI Assessment and Feedback Includes: MSCEIT administration; 60-minute phone feedback; MSCEIT Resource Report. All you need to provide is a name, an e-mail address and a phone number. We do the rest. The client receives an e-mail from EI Skills Group directing them to our website. They follow the custom pre-test instructions, and are taken to the website to complete the MSCEIT. One of our MSCEIT-certified counselors sets up a one-hour phone feedback session with the test taker. (Non-US test takers get feedback via Skype.) Both counselor and client view an interactive, on-line feedback presentation to make the feedback session even more powerful and helpful. Upon completion of this feedback session, the test taker receives an e-mailed Resource Report, complete with MSCEIT scores and recommendations. When the test taker is sponsored by an organization, the organization can also receive some feedback regarding the MSCEIT results. However, if this option is elected, the test taker is fully informed of this process and his/her permission must be obtained. $575 |

Set of 10 online MSCEIT Resource Reports. This option is available to EI Skills Group clients only. We establish your personal administrative account. You then provide login information to your clients. When a client completes the MSCEIT, an e-mail is sent to an address you specify. Next, you login into the MHS administration website and determine how you wish to score the MSCEIT. It is scored in seconds, and you then download a file (PDF format) of the test taker's report. (Must be a qualified user! Please contact us for information or to place an order.) $500 for 10 uses (Sorry, but prices subject to change without notice. This is usually due to price increases passed on to us from the publisher.) |
Cancellation Policy: If you sign up and later cancel 30 days or more before the session, we will remit your entire payment, less 8% (our processing costs). If you cancel with less than 30 days notice, we will refund 75% of your registration fee. However, the remaining 25% can be applied to a future training session. Or, you can transfer the registration to someone else at no additional charge. For services such as coaching or assessment, we will pro-rate your refund based on services actually rendered to you.
MSCEIT User Qualification Form
Almost anybody can take a psychological test – if the test was designed for your demographic group – but not anybody can administer and interpret a psychological test. That’s why several professional organizations got together to come up with a list of criteria that a professional has to meet in order to purchase certain psychological tests. The standards the group came up with help test professionals to conduct their work in an effective and ethical manner. And, it helps test publishers and test distributors, to provide products to people who know how to use them.
